Also seals out minor dried water stains, smoke stains as well as grease, crayon, ink, pencil stains, etc. Provides an even holdout of the topcoat leaving a smooth uniform sheen. Fast drying time 2 hours. Apply on bare drywall, cured plaster, PVC, ceilings and ceiling tiles, previously painted surfaces, aluminum, wood, hardboard, or galvanized metal.
